HCC Pharmacy Staffing places pharmacy technicians on flexible per-diem relief shifts at long-term-care and closed-door pharmacies serving the Norfolk / Hampton Roads area — Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Portsmouth. If you like focused, production-paced work and want control of your own schedule, this is for you: pick up single shifts, settle into a recurring day each week, or ask about longer temporary assignments.

What you'll do

  • Support cycle fills and unit-dose / blister packaging for skilled-nursing and assisted-living facilities
  • Build and check medication carts, handle order intake and data entry
  • Maintain inventory and controlled-substance logs, and help coordinate deliveries
  • Work the shifts that fit your life — single days, a steady weekly slot, or a multi-week stretch

What we're looking for

  • Current Virginia pharmacy technician registration/certification in good standing
  • Reliability and comfort adapting to different LTC pharmacy workflows
  • Prior long-term-care or closed-door experience is a plus, but not required

Why technicians like this work

  • Flexible schedule — you choose which assignments to take, and you can say no
  • Variety — see how several LTC operations run instead of being locked to one counter

New relief needs open across the Hampton Roads area regularly. Apply to join the network and we'll match you to shifts that fit your availability.
